What does Strategic Planning require?
Strategic Planning, what does it entail?
Thoughtfulness, intuition, and brainstorming that prevails
Seeking wise counsel, sharing knowledge and ideas
Iron sharpening iron to uplift, support, and encourage
Strategic Planning, how does it occur?
Writing things down, and researching for clarity so things are not a blur
Doing a brain export of everything that is thought to be needed
Then categorizing and dividing further – separating and weeding
Strategic Planning, how to decide?
By knowing the ultimate goal and vision to which you are tied
Ensuring everything done can be traced to the global belief system
And dividing major tasks down further – dividing and conquering
Strategic Planning and keeping it relevant
Being astutely conscious of relatability and intentionally cognizant
Communicating outcomes and listening attentively
To create a plan that results in greater achievements instinctively
Strategic Planning requires patience and two-way communication Strategic Planning includes attention to details and comprehensive collaboration
Strategic Planning manages egos and arrogance for the sake of the team
Strategic Planning results in a harmony and cohesion from which everyone gleans
Strategic Planning has specifically measurable milestones
Strategic Planning requires realistic work and break zones
Strategic Planning needs the voices of those who are committed
Strategic Planning when done right covers everything freely and unrestricted
Strategic Planning requires an all-in approach to be successful. Are you ALL IN? ~Erica L. Spruill
"But don’t begin until you count the cost. For who would begin construction of a building without first calculating the cost to see if there is enough money to finish it? Otherwise, you might complete only the foundation before running out of money, and then everyone would laugh at you. They would say, ‘There’s the person who started that building and couldn’t afford to finish it!’ ~ Luke 14:28-30 (NLT)
